Return & Exchange Policy – Nashtare Shop

    The wrong item was sent.

    Requests for exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  3. Return Requirements:
    The item must be unused and in its original condition unless it arrived damaged.
    All accessories must be included; otherwise, your exchange request may be denied.
    Items must be returned to us before any refunds can be processed. We need to verify that the item is still in the same condition as originally delivered.
  4. Delivery Charges:
    Delivery charges for returning items will be the responsibility of the customer. This includes any items being returned for a refund or exchange. We do not cover these fees.
  5. Exchange Process:
    If customers wish to change an item, they must return it to our warehouse for inspection. We will check the condition of the product before proceeding with the exchange or replacement.
  6. Refunds:
    No cash refunds will be issued.
    The amount paid will be held as store credit on your account or card, which can be used for future purchases.
  7. Shipping Fees:
    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
